The Unified State Portal of the Government of Assam is a one stop access point for the Government to Citizen (G2C) and Government to Business (G2B) transactions. The Portal aims to provide specific information regarding the various online and offline services, benefits and schemes provided by the various Departments under the Government of Assam.

The Services provided through this Portal include eServices which are quintessentially the Online Services offered by the various Departments under the Government of Assam. Know the Status facility is available for the Citizens to track Application Status for the Services applied under eServices. The Guide to Services section highlights the various benefits and services available for the Senior Citizens, Differently-abled, Job Seekers, Students and Farmers.

Most of the Online Services offered by Government of Assam can be accessed from this portal. Please refer to the eServices section for more details.

Yes, you can track the status of your Application under the “Know the Status” link available under Guide to Services section in the Homepage using the Application Number or the Unique Identification Number (UIN) shared with you at the time of submission of your application.

Yes, it is absolutely safe as you are only redirected to Government Websites for availing the said service.

Yes, you can view the Contents of the Page in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and Bodo. To set your preferred Language select from the Drop down menu available at the Header of the Portal.

To lodge a Grievance click on CPGRAMS in the Homepage and you will be redirected to the Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) website which is an online web-enabled system to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on the portal through the system generated unique registration number.
